Paramount | BET Corporate Communications Intern

Over the course of ten weeks of my internship, I gained a completely new outlook on the entertainment industry.

I had the opportunity to contribute to BET Awards 2023, America in Black, Hip Hop’s 50th Anniversary, and a diverse array of other projects. Having the opportunity to learn about perfecting information for the press, media, and executives was truly enlightening.

Abercrombie & Fitch Case Study

I participated in an Abercrombie & Fitch case study collaborating on a team of 6 to create a clothing collection.

We created a collection representing clothing children draw for themselves. Hence the inspiration of the name of our collection By kids 4 Kids. On the project I worked on the public relations, media, and advertising portions to work.

FAMU TV News

I had the opportunity to take a course titled TV News and learn the inner workings of production. This course allowed to received hands on learning with cameras, in the field work, pitching, editing , and more.

Within this class I created two news packages and produced an entire newscast on my own.
